Jing, just curious, did ATHM ask you for a desktop profile [a printout of your directories, and the physical makeup of your unit] so that these installers had an idea of what they were up against in advance, when they came out to your place? If not, they should have. Maybe this wont be necessary in the future, but today's proliferation of non-standardized PCs makes it essential, in the interest of both professionalism and for the sake of ease of installation.

And congratulations on your new ATHM service. Keep us abreast of any notable experiences. Frank_C.

You need a Mac - builtin ethernet, just plug it in, reconfig
the TCP/IP to use ethernet, and done.
