DD on NKCIF. Business is Young children educational video game software.

NKCIF signed multi-year deal with The Learning Co. (NYSE TLC) for worldwide distributorship of NKCIF's software.

While NKCIF produces the software, TLC is looking to use NKCIF product line to increase their bottom line. The agreement will specify the purchase of a minimum amount of software titles from NKCIF by TLC. Additionally, an advance of $2M was made to NKCIF.

The first three titles based on Sesame Street characters was shipped this week; two other titles will be shipped by the end of the month. I was told that more titles will be forthcoming for shipment to TLC.

NKCIF has many things in the works which IR couldn't give me specifics on (insider info).

The bottom line is that NKCIF wants to be a dominant player in the childrens educational software ring. Which, by my understanding is a rapidly growing market.

Share data:

13M O/S
11M in the float of which the "majority" is held by long time investors. Steve Scheinder could not give me specific numbers on how many are held by these "long time holders". I addressed this question with him because the stock moves more like the float is <3M rather than anything close to 11M.

source: news releases and 30 min phonecon with Steve Schneider/IR at NKCIF. Please read new release of 4 March for specific details regarding license information regarding characters that learning software will be based upon.

NOT A REC TO BUY. DO YOUR OWN DD. THE USUAL VERBAGE APPLIES HERE.
