A pop of .30 to .40 from here would be right in line with what has happened in the past, the charts appear to agree, and the potential for the company is there.

Not much to be curious about, it's all there in black and white, not much hidden that I can see.

And something has changed with the company recently:

<<02/24/99 - LCS Golf Announces Acquisition of Internet Direct Marketing Organization Golf Promo, Inc.>>

You long, short, or no position, Chip?

Chip, oil and gas stocks go up in winter, toy stocks go up at christams, refridgeration stocks go up in spring, car stocks go up in september, golf stocks go up just before golf season, and daffodils go up in march.
If you are really curious, please call them and find out why then report back here, that would be very constructive .
Also this stock has only had one $0.30 drop before, "usually " implies a series of such rise and falls, are you also saying I should be worried about any stock that has ever dropped $0.30, I think not.

Independent?

As far as I can tell, bizfn.com at our sister site smallcapforum.com is the only small cap oriented site to do independent, non compensated research on the company. Those other services were compensated to put together or redistribute what looks like copies of another report. I see we were referenced on the report-- link to our site. That was nice of them.

By the way, independent is not to mean we don't have shares. Both I and my partner and people I know, including my mom(I think) are long the stock.

Also, we are no Johnny-come-lately's to the stock. We've been doing reports and research on the company since 11/29/98.

Frankly, I think the email dissemination strategy they've chosen- many services at the same time is a little foolish. This stock does not need a massive push. Just one email would have been enough to give this stock good momentum. A stream of emails over two weeks would have meant a much more orderly move with less chance of a spike and sell off.

One alternative thought on this. Maybe this is just the beginning and they'll be more emails next week and the week after. Or, the company has big news and wants A WHOLE LOT of investors to be looking at the stock when they release it. I don't know how many email services there are for small caps, but Hot Stock News, Stock House, and one other that CIMA posted are all accounted for. Anyone subscribe to any others?

I'm leaning in the direction of significant news next week, that's why there is a flurry of email distribution activity.

Factoring all this, I think your estimate of 30-40 cents is low. The next move could well retest the old high and maybe establish the 1 3/8 to $1.50 level as a higher level support. Does anyone's T/A support this hypothesis?

By the way, anyone know the circulations of these various services? I'm guessing 50,000 total.
