FTGX is closing a major deal

and should file an 8K with the SEC
soon when the deal is finalized in
the next 30 days. Anyone picking
up some shares in the $2-3 range
should enjoy an easy double by the
time the deal is concluded, and
maybe a triple when the 8K is filed.
If the deal is not consummated,
which is unlikely, then the price
should will stay pretty much where
it is now.

Disclosure: I own some shares long,
but am not here on SI hyping it.
Just though other private placement
followers might enjoy the info.

now trading at $2.50
get it while it's cheap.

Seems like this thread may be dead, but I thought I'd pose a question.

Do all of these private placement deals require participants to be accredited investors? I think I actually learned this in school a year or so ago, but I thought I'd ask again for clarification.

See ya,
