We've spent our years in the wilderness ,seen the burning bush, delivered our own verdict on the lawsuit and standards wars a long time ago.. You said it, Q is dirt cheap by your standards. Greg don't worry about the lawsuit. If you spend time going back over this thread for the past month, you will understand that (1) the lawsuit is going our way and (2) the suit is actually irrelevant because QCOM and ERICY are about to settle. The good news won't be so much that the lawsuit is resolved as it will be that the settlement should bring tremendous business opportunities for QCOM. BTW, you DELLHEADS are welcome here anytime. I believe you will find that during the next 12 to 24 months QCOM's price percentage gain will equal or surpass DELL's. Good luck.
