You may be right and I think it has to do with averaging in the volume which is why the box sizes change depending on the price of the stock. For stocks trading at higher prices, above 100, the box size is 2. For stocks between 20 and 100 the box size is one etc.

Traders do use different box sizes but it is always a three box reversal method. That never changes.

I think you will be impressed. If you are interested in other box sizes for trades talk to BenA. He has software and knows about the different variables for shorter trades etc.
