PRWT is "pure water" when you look it up due to compliance with the Truth in Advertising Law. The stock has no substance to it; thus, it is as valuable as "pure [tap] water." The market can be complicated.

The company PanAmerican Bancorp did a reverse merger into PRWT.
There will be a name and CUSIP number change very shortly with a
conversion of one share of PRWT for one share of PanAmerican Bancorp.
The mortgage division, Insider Trading stock brokerage, PanAmerican
Healthcorp and PanAmerican Internet Group are all large revenue
producers and have been extremely successful so far. Start at the
company web site panambancorp.com .

Obviously, the company has much potential or the bashers wouldn't
pay attention to a two cent stock.

SYBD is great opportunity

Emerging biotech awaiting final in trio of patents from FDA. According to posters on SI and Raging Bull thread, new source of funding is to be announced by end of 3/99. Company plans to begin clinical trial phase of all three products in 1999.

Everything coming together for this company all at once. I don't think the company will be trading at this level for too much longer as current plans become reality.

The company has issued stock to employees in lieu of salary, but I believe most of these shares have been sold into the market (and brought price to current $0.10 level).

I think it is a "great buy" and will reward shareholders substantially during 1999 and beyond.

Regards,
Micro

Another two stocks I feel are "good buys" are:

ADGI--pending merger with a subsidiary GTCC which, according to SI and Raging Bull posters, is nearing completion (GTCC offers Internet telephony service for US callers to international destinations at domestic rates).

AIGI--more speculative since is oil/gas stock, but could prove very profitable considering AIGI recently announced new corporate strategy (natural gas for power generation) and many analysts predicting that oil/gas sector due to recover in 1999.
