mohan..re: dell in china the most important part of the equation is dell's bold move to establish early a manufacturing presence in the prc...in essence they are a "nationalized" entity....the ideological preference to "home grown" not imports...two way trade (dell's ability to export products, components,assemblies,from an inexpensive labor market) and investment in the prc....the proverbial keys to the kingdom...ed a. p.s....consider also the potential of another huge market...india!
