Thanks for refreshing my memory on ISA device. I haven't reviewed the TWST article lately. Either case, ISA or USB, I don't believe that the average consumer will ever plug anything into the back of a PC. I envision my mother and the look of terror that would bring. We need the average consumer. The aftermarket lies in bundling the technology with peripherals, ala Hauppage. Ron. I totally agree with your Warren Buffet synposis. With regards to your baseball analogy, aren't we still drafting the team? We have some top notch talent to date, but they haven't practiced together yet. Preseason begins with the Hauppage deployment. Yes, I admit I'm trying to temper the unbridled enthusiasm. Believe me, I'm as excited as the next gal, I'd just rather err on the short side of the stick and be pleasantly surprised than vice versa. And I'd be quite content getting a bunch of "I told you so" messages. ---Slate
