Jeff,
Need to see some more details of the Unicore deal. We need a good mgt team with increasing shareholder value as the top goal. Best way to do this is to ensure that the mgt has a stake in the company. Per last news release, New CEO will be the largest shareholder. . . still waiting.

Do you have any info on the company's comments about their immediate goals to capitalize on e-commerce opportunities with the development of e-commerce webstore. What is webstore? Does anyone know . . .sounds like we may get an announcement soon
