Vince, the ARP property has a distinct advantage over Lipangue-being next to the Pascua mine-the fact that Barrick already owns a % in the property and the potential of the property is well known-ie Proven Reserves. Still, once the MDIN's assay numbers are released and they blow away the best of the ARP results-things might tilt in our favor. I suspect Barrick won't make any more offers to ARP until they have seen the Lipangue numbers.(Of course we both know that Lipangue is not the only thing that interests Barrick about MDIN) Wow-the release of the Assays numbers will be the one news release we have been waiting for a year now Vince-its been a long time coming! Tic Tic Tic....won't be long now!

On the contrary, we should be cheering ARP's stock performance.
The fact that it did not collapse after Barrick's offer expired,
and has since moved up is encouraging to me. What that means is
that the marketplace is finally again regarding good to great
deposits with respect, and again giving them value appropriate with
the current POG environment. If the POG is about to turn up, as I
believe is the case, good to great drill results from MDIN will
add value to the stock, and we will be happy shareholders.

I look at a few others with value, e.g. Nevsun, and Pacific Rim,
which are continuing to firm up in share price as their projects
continue to develop.

I hope that we are finally past the Bre-x and pog price collapse
of 1997-98, and that we are again beginning to see the Juniors
get some of the respect they deserve. Unfortunately, there
are a number of them who have met the grim reaper, but that's
part and parcel of this investment sector, and one can only hope
that an MDIN, among others, can revitalize our portfolios to the
point that the added liquidity will assist this sector in making
a serious comeback.

Waiting for results.

Regards

Dan
