That's the key point that time will tell. The Intel bulls say that AMD will have a very tough time keeping up with Intel due to capital requirements and AMD's rep for screwing up consistently in the process area. I would agree that they have made market share progress and that it is highly unlikely we would have seen a Celeron if AMD had not been around. I would also think that the boxmakers would like to have AMD around as a second source of supply. Best regards, John
