William won't admit it, but the relief rally we got going Friday -- actually on Thursday as the relief rally became obvious to everyone -- well almost everyone -- well, that relief rally is going to let us chart a new course with an upward bias for at least a week. It could become a buying panic, moving upwards with more force than anybody would expect -- like the early January action. Investors went into January expecting a sell-off and then got whacked in a bit of a buying panic, especially in the net stocks. For myself, I won't fight the tape on this, and I expect to see a parade of analysts talk about the improved technicals in the market this week. AMZN will likely get caught up in this -- although it has been pathetic for a few days. Even INTC could rally.
