Dow Jones/Reuter news is extremely important. Sometimes checking to see if there was a news that just came out about the company you are watching can save you a lot of money while your technical indicators are screaming for you to place a buy or sell order, not to mention giving you that few minutes edge that usually translates to a nice profit if the stock has started moving.
DJ news cost $750 a month if you were to get it direct from DJ, but most companies arrange for a distribution agreement with DJ and provides the service to their clients for some where between $30 to $75.
I dont know why Cybertrader is taking so long to set up the news. They should provide the news even if they lose money on it. One or two extra trades per client a month (nothing out of ordinary to assume) based on the news that the client receives is more than enough to pay for their cost.
