KY - good question and TD does a good job of addressing some of the concerns. However, me thinks he is a little too dramatic -

The 'fast money' guys have been in the stock for years and have shown no inclination to 'dump' the stock - even last October they stayed in. Now of course this could change - but it obviously has nothing to do with the fundamentals of the company.

Sequential growth last quarter was very high (18%), and above their usual guidance of 10-11%. To say they will experience a "much slower growth rate" is technically correct, but somewhat misleading. Its like slowing down from 200mph to 150mph (you're still breaking all the speed limits). They should return to 'normal' high rates of growth.

The general market is always a risk - but that is beyond the control of PMC. I remember last August and October when PMC was crumbling - and our checks showed business was better than ever, we thought how much of a disconnect there was between 'Wall Street' and 'Main street'. We may see that again - if so - we'll load up again.
