If CSMA wanted to do a R/S, they would have had reason to do it before now.>>>>> A RS is imminent!!! YES, it IS! There is no way in heck CSMA can do a merger with another company and not do a RS!!! You call anyone you know and ask them about a situation like this. CSMA will have to issue 100,000,000 shares for this new company to give them the value they need! You think they will just give up their company to CSMA shareholders??? Get a GRIP!!! CSMA is near worthless! They are to merge with another company, that apparently is worth something. What would you do? The only thing CSMA has going for it is they are currently trading. They are non-reporting. I can go over and over this, but it's no use.
