Midas corp was pretty much a capital company. they had some gold and some gas wells in southern US (re: dec NR) Talked to the IR guy MIDAS was just having to hard a time (as all Juniors are) with gold mainly because of BRE-X (I live where it all began CALGARY). Anyways, they started looking for a company to buy as a shell/capital company. They bought Cool entertainment which is actually a CANADIAN COMPANY (which is good IMO) from vancouver that is registered in SEATTLE. the reason they registered in seattle is so they could go on an american stockexchange. Reason being that it is next to imposible to market a technology stock in canada. we are far to conservative to dabble in "new" trends etc. Harder to raise money and be succesful in canada. So them being a Gold company B4 actually holds no meaning now . And like all of you have said fundemantals don't matter on playing a momentum internet stock.

that is unless u are left holding the bag...
