Thanks for your thoughts on my blue screen problem. Cyber seems to think it is a combination of my ISP and Cyber's sensitivity to brown outs on the connection. They are trying to do something on their end and I am going to call my ISP and see if there is another phone number I can use.

I've been using Windows 98 for months and months now, and I can't remember the last time my system crashed. Must have been at least a month ago. With Windows 95 I sometimes had to re-boot several times each day.

My guess would be that Zora's problem stems from something unique to his configuration or settings. Maybe running several applications simultaneously and one file has a sharing conflict, something like that. Or, maybe even hardware, such as inadequate memory, processor speed, etc. But I don't see how an ISP problem could cause one's system to crash, although I may be wrong, of course.
