From talking to many surrounding the ITEX story as of late one fact that ITEX itself should consider....

ITEX has stated (if the post was true) that they would not like anyone to question Les French but contact them directly for questions. (I also have been given this notion to contact ITEX instead of anyone else, and I have.)

I have spoken to The VP and CEO at ITEX prior to today. They have explained to me the relationship with the lawsuits & other happenings at ITEX Corp.

There is one item I will argue, many are calling ITEX including myself and there are no return phone calls. I know ITEX has their hands full... One executive at ITEX had told me that any time I left a message he would respond to me directly within 24 hours or approx that time... now I am unable to get answers myself.

I understand the ITEX situation pretty well but with everyone unable to get answers I have to protest their practice with shareholders. I see no accommodations in portraying information to it's owners (the shareholders).

I feel there is a class action lawsuit spoken about as I myself have had it mentioned to me as a possibility and have been asked to help in gaining the names of those that would include themselves willfully. I declined due to the possibility that it COULD BE a SEC and IRS situation. At some point we will know... I hope before Y2K.

Nobody in the recent information loop is talking as of late and I fear many are growing tired of this recent situation. I already included myself.

I feel this sector is growing yet one of the largest securities (ITEX) in this business is showing no resolve to the mess we have before us.

I am disappointed.
