Stockjet. The answer is easy. Keep DELL and move to an area in the US that is not going to be targeted by a Nuke. Stay away from the east and west coasts. Hawaii sounds good, but remember that it could be a great target for a "demonstration of will". In reality, and I hope that I don't sound like a militia crazy: If you are honestly concerned, the threat of nukes in the next decade will not be with a major power launching on us. They know we will hit back. It will be with a third world nation deploying a "back-back" low yield weapon to make a point when they feel they have nothing to lose. Or, look for the poor man's nuke--- A bio weapon being deployed at a major public event. These are the concerns of the military and government. Not that our President's recent actions with China were in our best interest. Just my humble personal opinion.
