The stock looks a little week at the open, probably due to the filing by Ravich Revocable Trust that filed to sell 241,733 shs, through US Bancorp Inv. (they were on the offer most of last week). My guess is that the stock has already been sold. This guy as far as I am informed used to be on the board (I think he was forced out)and has some kind of relation to Value Partner. DONT PANIC
