Bully: It's not bigger problems IMO. it's just time. ARP after 1700m drilling back in Feb of 98' was at under .50 cents U.S. $ and stayed there up to Oct. 98' before it broke the .50 level. The firms that are intrested will come to play in time if the good are there, IMO. they have something to work with and it may take some more time yet value will come later on. I also think APR had much money invested in there dirll programs and projects that have not come to this one yet. No big rush at least not a run after the Gold Rush Of the World.
