Looking for a downturn in oil..fundamentals still suck-oversupply has not been lifted..Winter will be ending, and were still not in the summer driving season...Time to retrace, back and fill,,IMO.. Obviously when prices reach a certain level,,deep water drilling/production/exploration will increase drastically,,which should boost supply, and lower price. Strippers/shutins should be the last segment to spark,IMO...why buy OLEX, when you can buy, for example HEC @ 1 1/2....OLEX is history IMO,at least as a publicly traded company..my guess is Saul will walk away with what little assets he can grab...DD

Christine--
Yarmak has publicly stated that he will not operate Oilex as a company again. His sole interest now is to recover the debenture funds that were taken by Burditt.

I have been told that Oilex was never set up to produce oil. The whole company was a chimera to lure in investors and and take their money. Well, it worked, but can we expect Saul to change the entire structure of the shell?

Oilex: An expensive lesson learned at the hands of a master scam artist.

We can join Saul in the court case or walk away. Those are the two choices I see based on the information I have.

Take care--

Rick
