Samoa - I just checked the latest 13Ds (and a 13G) on SEC's Edgar, and it appears that four or five people (or their investment companies) hold about half(?) the noninsider shares. The slide the past couple of days looks like somebody dribbled out about 20,000 to 30,000 shares which is a lot compared to the normal daily average volume. The only news I could find is what's available by clicking on "news" below. Even the homepage (www.aks.com) has nothing else. I did note that the homepage has the last two annual reports available in PDF if you want to crunch some numbers. In short (although I'm long), it is a boring but apparently solid stock.
Regards,
Harry

I think recent earnings short fall has set some holders back...considering recent acquisitions, earnings were still pretty good. With new Intel deal, ALDN should see more exposure. This one is definitely a LT hold. If you are patient you will reap the rewards. Regards, Keith
