Jeff, assume you are right and that the board was supposed to be 166 mhz. This means 3dfx was lying instead of sending a bad board. Which is worse? I compared the Turok2 scores and it would seem that Sharky did indeed get an underclocked board or his number would be much higher after increasing the clock.

I guess because I own the stock I am their worst critic. When management has done enough to earn a "pass" in my book I won't concern myself with such things.

P.S. Sharky's testing may be wrong so I doubt we've heard the end of the story if 3dfx is indeed in the right. There's a difference between memory speed and internal clock speed.
