Cacaito, Yes I complained about the financing and i still don't like it. But the details show it is a bit better than the previous deals done by XOMA and others. The fuse is longer. It appears less likely that the holders would short immediately since coverage at a lower price is not guaranteed until they get past the 60% premium period. So the fuse is longer. But if the trial does not end soon enough and the results are not favorable or no information is released, even if favorable, the clock will be ticking and the fuse will be growing shorter.
