You missed my point entirely Ward!

Those stocks I was talking about was NOT blue chip 20 years ago.

They became blue-chip because they went from Micro-Cap to Large-Cap.

All I was trying to say was that in that process, they had their Ups but also some very bad Downs.

Not saying YF.A is a sure blue chipper 20 years from now but conversely, because they've had hit some rocky patches doesn't mean you should write them off summarily -- especially when they are still spinning positive cash, & are likely to rebound with half-decent profits.

When YF is indebted to their ying-yang, and are operationally cash-negative with slow top line growth, that's when I would be long out of this stock.

What do you think the likelyhood of YF having unserviceable debt levels and 0 growth in revenue is?
