Recent weakness in TMCS has to do with USA network purchase of LCOS. Initially, investors reacted to this deal negatively, but in the long run, this deal looks like a win-win situation for all parties involved. This short term weakness should be gone once the merger is completed.

With Barry Diller at the helm, chances are LCOS and TMCS should have a great future ahead. TMCS remains a near monopoly and looks very attractive at the current valuation.
