FOCUS to Upgrade World Wide Web Site to Include On-Line Ordering

WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 8, 1999--

Newly Re-designed Web Site to Go On-line Later This Month

FOCUS Enhancements, Inc. (NASDAQ: FCSE) announced today that it is re-designing its World Wide Web site to incorporate an updated look, a new professional products section, a new OEM custom integration section, and on-line purchasing.

"We are very excited about launching our new on-line presence," said Thomas Massie, Chairman and CEO. "The internet's influence on our market segment has tremendous potential; and we believe represents a significant opportunity for FOCUS. As our market share continues to be strong FOCUS needs to utilize the power of the World Wide Web to provide much more than just product information. Our new site will do just that. FOCUS' Web Site continuously receives over 30,000 hits each month. We hope to dramatically increase that activity with our new site coupled with exciting web-specific marketing programs."

The newly designed web site is scheduled to go live later this month. On-line ordering will be available in North America only at first. New expanded sections will include the TView Professional Products pages, which will showcase FOCUS' new line of broadcast quality video conversion products; a new investor relations section, which will provide detailed information for investors and shareholders; and the new Custom Integration Section, which will showcase FOCUS' line of proprietary video conversion ASICs and OEM solutions. In addition to offering a wealth of information about FOCUS Enhancements and its products, the new site will also offer hot links to OEM and Channel Partners' Web Sites.
