Stephen, interesting article. Do you have a url for it? It was over a year ago that T announced that it would not longer include the Class 4 category of switches in their net. Or was it LU who announced that they would not be continuing production? Same thing, I suppose. Since the first divestiture some 16 years ago, hierarchical switching has been on a steady decline in favor of a flattened approach. Maybe we'll see Isenberg's stupid edge principles employed by T soon in its voice nets. Comments? Frank_C.
