notice sony was mentioned, and like you said you think they could be collaborating also ampex was the last name to be mentioned in that group , i hope it s a case of saving the best for last... anyway nice to see that ampex is involved in this, and i like that line of:Each supporting manufacturer has provided its latest products, many of which are still under development... i hope thats the case with ampex them contributing something new and the fact that we havent got the full story yet might or could be cause it can't be completely told yet. patents are great but i m hoping they have something new to offer as well.
