Good points, Gary. Just thought I'd throw out the Harmon model to offset some of the idle CMGI earnings speculation, which doesn't seem to lead anywhere in terms of overall valuation. As CMGI's incubator and start-up ventures mature, it will be easier to apply Harmon's criteria to them. A site like Raging Bull (50 percent owned, I think), an IPO candidate for later in the year, comes to mind. As for the Magnitude Network (or whatever it will end up being called), Harmon recently valued BCST at $425 per unique visitor, a pretty healthy benchmark for CMGI to emulate. BAM
