All too overvalued Maybe if they shed 40% EGGS loosing -2.55 per share at $13 1/2?? Where is the value?

Anybody watching ESPI? QWST supposedly made an offer for stock amounting to something in the mid teens. ESPI declined. ESPI supposedly wants something in the 20's or higher. ESPI $400 million in cash....but, heavy debt
