No, I didn't mean to imply that. Poor use of words on my part. I guess my point was that if women ever decide they are fed up with the male species in general, they have the political clout to put a woman in the White House, especially if she appeals to men voters as well. I think E. Dole has a number of things going for her -- she has done very well at some big jobs, she's been in the political arena through her marriage, and I don't think she carries a lot of scandalous baggage (though I'm sure the media can turn up something). Some people complain that she's never held an elected office, though others might see that as a positive. Plus I'd just like to see the Republicans be the first to put up a woman candidate. It would do much to improve their image and would pose a humorous quandary for the anti-Republican feminist groups.
