The registered agent is Mr. Jeffrey Klein, and the only officer listed is Mr. Howard Helfant. These people have no apparent connection with Eutro Group Holding or any of its previously known affiliates. The owner of Club Ivy is a Mr. Thomas Viola, who may be the same individual who owned a construction company in south Florida in the mid-1970's.>> I wonder how long these people have been associated with the Wilkensons? Were these the same people who got the original 50 million shares that screwed us all? Oops! We were never told who those people were. Gotta keep their secrets. The Florida cabal is very, very clever. Shell company after shell company after shell company, etc.
