Labor is not inexpensive in Nevada. In fact, it is very high due to the lack of total population and many people bein employed by the gaming industry. The valet parking people alone make an excellent living.

That's incorrect. Reno is in quite a recession. Casinos going broke. Higher un-employment, while Las Vegas is apparently still hot.
If your looking for the best spot to put any distribution business right now. The Reno area would probably come out tops.

Compared to LA area these wages seem low to me.
