Sarmad, Let's not forget how high tech Amazon is in targeting inactive "customers" with direct emails and coupons. We have been sending various mailing to our good current customers since 1985 by just locating customers from our database that were active within a specified period of time. We use different marketing techniques to hopefully have those customers buy more and reward them with lower prices. I developed the system which is quite comical in the sense that computer programming is not my specialty. Now there are off the shelf databases that do it fine. We must be really a technology company<G> This Amazon hype becomes funnier as time goes by. Glenn
