Glad to see this FTC bs is out of the way. Now even a profit warning will hurt the stock--as long as they mention that sales are now picking up.
Looking to buy some more---hoping the profit takers come in.

I heard some scuttlebutt about the FTC wanting a settlement. I bet they thought of the old maxim (to paraphrase), "better to be silent and thought a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt."

I wonder what the terms are.
