(NASDAQ:ETVC - news) announced today that through its wholly owned subsidiary ETEL Communications Corp. it has entered into a distributor agreement with E.ComTel, LLC, an affiliate of Alliance Group Services, Inc., to provision telecommunications products sold by Compu-DAWN's wholly owned subsidiary, e.TV Commerce, Inc. (''e.TV'') utilizing AT&T (NYSE:T - news) as it's backbone network carrier. Provisioning of accounts is expected to begin within 60 days. We have now added a key link to our system to achieve our goal of providing high end, integrated service to our e.TV customers.
