SEC filing: On January 26, 1999, the Company entered into a distribution agreement with Henry Schein, Inc. ("Schein"). The distribution agreement grants to Schein the non-exclusive right to sell the Company's Millennium(TM) HydroKinetic(TM) dental laser systems in the United States. A purchase order for the first 20 systems has been issued by Schein, and the Company shipped the first group of laser systems against that purchase order in January 1999.
