Scott Perry;

Closing a plant and compensating employees with severance, health care and retirement and the possible, lease termination and the related tax burden, if any can be termed restructuring. It's a nebulous term that doesn't specify anything. However, 50-60 mil. means something. The cost is the only thing that matters.
