RESTON, Va., March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- TV onthe WEB, Inc. today announced underwriting contracts for two new channels on its unique narrowcast, interactive Web television network. Optimize, Inc. a digital solutions company, will underwrite the network's "Government Compliance Channel" and feature interactive on-line training and education multi-media programming on compliance subjects ranging from blood-borne pathogens and industrial safety to preventing Medicare fraud and abuse.
NetVoucher, Inc. will underwrite "The Community Shopping Channel" which will market the NetVoucher service, created by Opitimize, Inc. and now owned by Argent Capital Corporation. Argent President and CEO Chris Millar stated, "The Community Shopping Channel will use video to market and educate consumers, merchants and sales representatives involved with the innovative NetVoucher on-line program." NetVoucher is a state-of-the-art service that nationally links consumers and merchants offering discounts on products and services in local communities.
