TO ALL SHAREHOLDERS:

I'm sure some of you are fence sitters regarding joining the suit against AA, not having made up your mind whether to invest dollars in this cause. I am sure others of you just don't have the funds or cannot afford to part with them now.

Since my Daddy always said for me to stand behind my principles, I am going to make an offer to the above people. FAMH closed Friday at 4 cents. I am willing to buy stock from you at 8 cents! An easy double, with a few conditions. First, I will purchase up to $100 worth of stock at 8 cents a share (1250 shares). The funds will be sent to the attorney Cleve to pay for your membership in the FSAAA group. You will then be a paid member of the group, also giving them voting rights of your remaining shares, if necessary, at the annual stockholders meeting.

Since I am not Daddy Warbucks, but a little guy like the rest of you, but one that has a thorough belief in the cause, I will extend this offer to the first 5 people that decide to do it. Email me at montana@dancris.com and we will work out the details.

Jim J

MM: Re: NY office

I'm not aware of it being closed, nor do I recall any mention it except an earlier reference to the "breaking" a lease on some expensive space and an even earlier one announcing their relocation to the Trump Tower. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the source or date of that info. The location is still listed in the footnotes of their PRs and prominently displayed on their web page.

I would welcome any paying client openings, regardless of city. FAMH has to generate significant profit margins.... other than those related to the sale of stock. If interested, you may want to give them a call tel: (212) 269-4777 (excluding any re-routing, of course).

Regards,
Bob.
