Anyone know about a "HAPPY 99" worm virus. My office told me I may have it in my home computer. Any info will be appreciated.
Don.

Michael, I'll have you know that the first thing in the morning I boot the computer, make a cup-o-joe, and ease into the day with Financial Intelligence. Wiz's insights are invaluable to my trading. I feel most fortunate to have made his acquaintance.

Thanks Michael and everyone for your kind and thoughtful comments in response to recent reports. I very much appreciate the feedback which is always welcome and makes it all worthwhile. Whilst today did not quite turn out quite as expected, the fact that the Nasdaq soared 60 points and the S&P 500 closed at a new all time record high, thereby eliminating some of Friday's non-confirmations, is testament to the detailed analysis I laid bare last night.

The Nasdaq's advance today along with the S&P actually stokes the fire of the market some and may give the Dow that extra bit of energy it needs for its next major move. Whether or not this can still happen this week is arguable, but my feeling is we may paving the way for something major to happen relatively soon, if we are able to follow through on the past few days great action.

Thought you might like to read some overnight comments I made regarding Financial Intranet, (FNTN), that today may have taken on new significance due to the sharp rise so far in the Nasdaq and some explosive gains in a number of important Internet issues.

RE FNTN AND THE INTERNET

For those who are invested in emerging Internet issues that may have been consolidating of late, it is important to remember that with all of the above in mind, anything Internet related is actually growing at the same rate as the net and as such, as stocks like Yahoo, BCST, EBAY and CNET soar higher, most if not all Internet stocks, FNTN included, theoretically and logically deserve an equal and growing value along with them, that sooner or later should be justly reflected in the share prices of these startups.

Since FNTN's growing share of the net is potentially outperforming that of most other Websites as its content continues to improve, it therefore merits a higher valuation because of that also. Since FNTN is also an Intranet company with unique assets and abilities at this time and at the same time looks as if it is rapidly turning into a company on the Internet that is not only outgrowing many of its competitors by far, but may actually be operationally profitable before years end, there are highly compelling reasons to own this stock over many Internet related issues that are unlikely to reach profitability for years to come, heaven forbid, if ever.

In addition, at this time, it is a virtually indisputable fact that Financial Intranet owns the highest quality audio and best Video Communication on the Internet, bar none. A claim that has been fully supported and endorsed by expert video technicians whose business is Multimedia and Video.

In my view, this is an extremely valuable asset potentially, for, if the sharpest minds on the planet have yet to come up with Video of comparable quality and dependability, then fairly soon I would expect a bagful of interesting content to explode on FNTN's video pages as customers seek to display their own messages on their own and FNTN's Website, something a number of companies have expressed a particular interest in because of FNTN's growing web presence. Once the ball starts rolling on an idea like this there could be no telling where it might lead. It would certainly seem logical for FNTN to grow in significance as a Video portal and Video Domain Hoster of sorts.

The recent SB-2 filing is another interesting step for the company, not only most importantly because graduation to full reporting status has had a demonstrably positive effect on those companies who have taken that step, with seemingly on average companies adding $1.50 ~ $2.00 to their share prices. In addition, the expected reporting of a very dramatic growth in revenues, presumably that will come in this quarter as evidenced in the most recent press releases, indicates a company that could burst into hypergrowth. Here's why:

Due diligence has revealed that the owner of the 100 fast food franchises worked his way from owning one unit to become one of the largest franchise owners in the nation.

Since he has gained some notoriety and reputation, as was apparently recently documented in a "Wall St Journal" front page feature: This individual has developed a unique knack for turning restaurants around which has become the hallmark of his success. He obviously must see an opportunity to gain a huge edge in Information Technology, advanced communications and Distance Learning etc., as the key to the future in terms of staff motivation, marketing interaction, goal setting and exchange of ideas through the ability to be instantly and simultaneously be in touch with multiple outlets anywhere.

At the same time he will no doubt be able to receive valuable instant feedback in a way that has probably never ever been possible before. This pioneer undoubtedly represents an important and rapidly growing component of the bottom line of the overall group whose nationwide outlets must number in the tens of thousands, not to mention their global reach, so I would imagine he is treated with a great deal of respect and no doubt his words and actions are closely monitored by a head office eager to learn from his success. In summary, don't be surprised if this idea catches on and is replicated across the spectrum.

A long time ago I think I made some comments suggesting that all manner of different kinds of Franchises could benefit tremendously from FNTN's technology and I guess they're now finally on this right track. There's so much outstanding potential here, in one of the World's most rapidly growing business sectors, it's almost unthinkable. A potential that could last several lifetimes!

A great week to all

Best Rgds
