I believe the Slim Phone will be available by mid-summer.

I asked young Jacobs directly and he replied "in a couple of months." That is a reply with built-in wiggle room.

What do I think of Cabi's decision to raise his estimates, opine that the investors' conference was bullish, increase his target price and STILL maintain a hold rating?

It increases the chances that QCOM will not meet his new, higher estimates, which will justify his "hold" rating.
