Just incompetence in my humble opinion.They should stick to banking because their Brokerage is pathetic.I had an order shown as open this morning at 9:31 I put in pre-open.I watched the stock trade until 9:59 at my price and then a delay and still not filled.
I am in the process of changing.Converting what I can to cash and moving to green line and a brokerage out west just to short the VSE scams I find.Good luck in your search.

One other thing...their order status screen is not working either but I know from the ticker it was filled 30+ minutes ago and it is still shown as open.That is no good for daytrading period.

Well I've tried a couple more times this week to short through Action Direct with no luck. In my search for a new discount broker, the ability to get shares (or maybe willingness) will be a factor. I would like to hear from others on the success/failure to short with different outfits.
