Am I the only one who saw the report on bloomberg TV last friday ? It was regard the new sony chip. Evidently their making this out to be a quite a big deal. Sony's had it's largest 3 day point gain ever. Sony says this chip will run lots of appliances like refrigerators. It's good to see rambus taking hold in the appliance market eg. DVD, hdtv, video games. So far I've heard of two network OEM using rambus. Berkley (now owned by Fore) and that other one annoucned not too long ago. So rambus market is Appliance, Network, Main Computer memory.
