I think I did see a Cracker Jack box 10/100 prize the other day! :o)

I have to respectfully disagree though on a PMC buyout. Its hard finding well managed, high growth, sustainable franchises in technology. You will have your shooting stars and your ridiculous momentum driven net stocks, but finding solid companies with the growth potential of PMC is not easy. At 40-50% growth sustainable for the forseeable future, I would be appalled at a 50% premium to today's prices. (I hate to repeat it because I hate being such an optimist, but with 1000 recent design wins and 24% of revs in R&D, I have to think PMC's best days are still ahead).

As you know, the semi industry has not been prone to consolidation. There have been very few big buyouts until recently. Is this the start of a trend or just coincidence? Don't know. But I do know I'm happy with PMC just the way it is.
