Thanks Ceedee... I was thinking about grabbing a bit more but don't like the political climate there right now. We could be holding this for awhile if things get put on hold for a new leader. Don't suspect too many settlements until this blows over. Anyone have the depth on this one? jim

CeeDee, "This is supposed to be the week that everything happens" I'm not holding my breath! I agree that news of some sort is in the pipe - any news now would be appreciated. Here's a question - If the IP results come back excellent as they are rumored (?) to be, and the compensation process is delayed cause of this other political nonsense, could (would) Rock entertain large % JV offers or takeover offers at a very discounted rate considering they have no money?? I feel we would still benefit share price wise, but nowhere near as much as we would benefit if the comp $ came in and Rock went at it on their own...Just wondering.... (PS - How long is the Chief's vacation??? Maybe that's what Rock is waiting for!! ) Jason
