Sarge,For over a year, IRAN has take most of the responsiblity for oil collapsing, If they toe the line this time, Oil can stabilize at 14.00-14.75, this year...and thats god for OSX 72 and above.

Just so long as the mutually satisfying agreement isn't: SA acknowledges that Iran's basis for cuts is 3.9 million barrels (not 3.6 million barrels), and Iran acknowledges that SA doesn't have to relinquish any of production quota it took from Iraq. <g>
